Who says basketball is over for former Rockets player Tracy McGrady? He has just signed a one year contract to play basketball over in China. A lot of seasoned and veteran players are going over seas to play now days. This means that they are having longer careers in a sport they love. It is great to see them continue playing the game on a professional level. The average age of players leaving is relatively low and most players can still play the game, they only get booted because of the younger players that are coming in the league that are faster than them. While I don’t think a basketball career overseas should be there only backup plan it is good to see them with other options. What do you think of veteran player playing sports overseas?
